FitForce is pleased to announce we will be hosting Douglas Heel, the creator of Be Activated, November 7 - 10, 2025. For the first time, practitioners, athletes, and coaches will be able to meet and train with Douglas in the Greater Boston Area. Douglas is based in S. Africa and will be in Salem, MA to conduct his four-day workshop (formerly known as Level One and Level Two Courses) at our headquarters on the campus of Salem State University.
